Adventures in Randomizer, found the mode myself last night and i'm having a blast. Somehow one of my best lives consisted of me being dealt a Widowmaker, a Family Business, and an Eternal Reward as a Pyro.

Gangsta-Style medic (yes, the chat log is accurate that I do have 174 hats)

What weapon is your Medic holding in that pic? It looks like one of the SMGs, but that weird handle thing...

Cleaner's Carbine, Sniper secondary that was added with Pyromania.
