I don't know, but it certainly feels like the bots in offline practice mode are a lot dumber than they used to be. Not only would human players never get away with guns this obvious and exposed, but the fact that they don't spread them out in the first place and that you can't tell them to do so either. Hell, that one on the left has it's line of sight almost completely blocked.

Pfft, that's nothing. This Soldier failed to notice a Scout standing and taunting literally INCHES IN FRONT OF HIM. Judging by the Scout's facial expression he was within one well-placed shot of dropping dead. Soldier: no reaction whatsoever, even as he pushed past him to get into the corridor.

You could say that, despite the sheer amount of rockets though, it's nigh impossible to actually hit anything since they're flying off at such crazy angles.
