My ex-Father-in-law had a whole crew at his company for that as well... They started painting one of the buildings the company owned, then when they got done they moved on to the next and so forth. By the time they got done with the last one on the list, the first one needed paint again... I thought it was odd when he told me about it. I remember thinking, "Circle of life" then I thought "Mobius strip painting", then I realized, holy crap, they own a LOT of buildings.
