I tell people not to camp teleporters most of the time, though usually on TV6 or 7 since most people don't build them on 3, and mainly because it's a heavy/medic who could be far more useful on the front lines than watching a teleporter exit for 3 minutes.

I even watched the video really slow and I never even saw a rocket appear. Though the best part of the video is the Heavy saying "That was delicious" at the very end.
