-Uncloaking behind sentries, undisguised, then trying to strafe around or jump over it and sap it before it kills me
-Using the Dead Ringer and standing next to a dispenser while cloaked and essentially becoming invincible
-Failstabbing Clay
-Facestabbing medics
-Getting flying clotheslined by Plas
-Jump off ledges to backstab people
-Thinking Agro and Avar are the same person
-Max-range Sandman stuns on snipers and demomen coming from the ridge

Maybe it's a side effect of playing spy...too much pretending to be other people.

As Medic its getting fraged with 100% just an inth before I pull an uber.
As heavy it's watching scouts and spies jump on the teleporters in front of me.
As demo failed sticky jumps in front of most of the team.
I really enjoy listening to peeps lose it and swear out LOUD, probably due to spilled drink in keyboard or bad case of heartburn .
