I use imageshack.us and under resize I usually choose the option that says message board, or just 800x600. As far as which code to use (there will be a bunch of options) choose the first "hotlink for forums" one. The 2nd one might work but I'm not not sure since I've always used the first. Just paste that code into the post. Hit preview to see if it worked properly, and you should be good.
