System Specs

Post by JacktheHomeless » Tue Sep 02, 2008 1:07 am

Standard good old post your system specs thread.

My new rig... hence my return.

Intel Core 2 Quad 2.5 ghz
6 gigs ddr2 ram
Geforce 9800 GT
640 gig hard drive (saves my time on games that require a disc with having the image files)
LG 22" Widescreen Monitor
Soundblaster Audigy with 5.1 Speakers
Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit
Razer Diamondback mouse
Keyboard with food and other particles in it

I want a new keyboard but mine just has so much personality and i get a free meal if i pick it up and turn it upside down.

if he is planning to image all his games, 6 gigs would help with that process i'd think

I figured it this way. Id rather get that much ram now when its not needed, then not have it when it is needed.

Plus, you have no idea how many firefox windows full of pr0n i can have open at one time!

6 isn't much. It's quite common to see mid range computers sold with 4 gb of ram. I have 4 myself and I'm even considering getting another 4.
