The best reason for the heavy limit is the sound. I think I've developed permanent hearing damage from the constant whirl of 8 heavy guns spinning nonstop!

I turned on All Talk because Villuns were on it mostly, but since we're getting all sorts of people, it should go off!

Couple of updates:

It now measures how far everyone pushes the cube and gives them data at the end of the round and announces the person who pushed the cube the most.

It is logging to HLStatsX but they are not recording them, so I need to fire off an email.

Awesome on the cube-pushing stat, that's excellent. It'll also encourage stat-whores a little bit to go for the cube and not each other.

As far as HLStatsX, mine seem to be getting recorded without issue - the changes are all showing up here and such, or did I misunderstand?

cube pushing would definately help my score some, since i'm so distracted by the companion cube.

Nah....I'm an idiot.
I sent the HLStatsX data after Round End, meaning they were ignored...
*sigh*

Updated the plugin! Should record the stats now under Actions.

According to my stats, I scored with the Cube 4 times.

I think that makes it a serious relationship.

I popped in on saturday and again sunday morning and had a blast.

It did remind me a bit of murderball. I kept wanting to tell everyone to focus on the guys moving the cube and less on some of the random killing. I held my tongue and as time went on i think pretty much everyone was trying to work mostly on the cube.

I'm sure most know i'm a fan of the HW's, i have to agree more then 3 is too much....however, there were several heavies on my side and we were dominated by scouts and sollies...so maybe the limit isnt necessary...that is if you want to play to win and not just hose spam.

It was fun...maybe someday organized teams might have some serious cube cup fun

It is super fun. It's hard to score when everyone is focused on the cube.
