Given the rarity of both of those items, you might have some difficulty with this.

During my short stint into Unusual trading, I found a 1:1 trade is pretty much impossible for rare items and that you are better off trading for "currency" like keys and buds. I don't know the current prices for Australium weapons but I would guess that the medigun is worth more than the scattergun so it would be in your best interest to trade it for buds for maximum profit and flexibility.

Current market ask has the scattergun at $150 and the medigun at $130, with the last actual sales at $147 and $122 respectively.
It's a small sample size and that can change easily, but it may also be viable to just sell one for cash on the market, and then buy the other.
