Time for a TV5 reset?

Post by black_and_blue » Thu Sep 07, 2017 6:36 pm

It will be 6 months since the last reset at the end of September. Should we plan for a reset around that time?

This six months has flown by and I've barely been on, no objection to a reset from me.

The last significant activity that I saw was when Ice198 and I were building. But that ended at least a month ago and neither of us and been on much. I do hope to finish the cow for the church of Moo before we reset but we shall see.

Should we target Saturday the 30th, reset it in the morning?

No problem from me as well.
I've just been exploring way out away from everyone.

Either Saturday the 30th or Friday the 29th sound good.

I wouldn't recommend doing it earlier because we would want to make sure there is ample notice of the reset for those who aren't on the forums as often.

If we are going to do this, can we get a banner on the main page about it? There's probably a few people who would be interested, but will only visit once or twice between now and the end of September, so lots of advance publicity will probably help.

A reset sounds fine. I haven't gotten very far with my build anyways. I've been too busy in real life for that. It seems like I may have a better schedule this time around so hopefully I can more often. I'll be waiting for the reset.

I'm glad to hear from the both of you, I am hoping that the Dukes stayed high and dry during the hurricane.

I'm also good with a reset.

Yep! We were on vacation when it hit. Also, it didn't really affect our town at all anyway. Too far north to get more than just heavy rain.

We are doing well. I have many friends that are affected by the Houston and Florida hurricanes. It's been quite a heartbreaking time for me, given that I grew up in Florida and have many friends and family still there spread throughout the state. However, we are unaffected directly being that we are in the Dallas area. Thanks for thinking of us.
