There is still a Macerator!
It isn't the IC2 one, rather, it a new item called a "Pulverizer" now. It operates like the macerator, but gives you "pulverized" versions of things, rather than dust versions. It also can pulverize more things than the macerator could ever turn to dust. It runs off BuildCraft MJs rather than IC2 EU's, so dust off your redstone engines and get cracking.
I made very quick recipe graphic of the sort I use to help myself remember machine recipes and such. It doesn't have much on it, but it's got the basics for getting yourself a pulverizer and a couple other entry-level but new machines I encountered. Feel free to use it - I know I will be! Used to have a couple of sheets like this printed out at all times when Tekkiteering!
