cell factor seems to make the most use of it. Those cards are useless now an always will be since multiple graphics cards are going to be used alot more instead. They're starting to make mobos with a 3rd I think 8x pci-e slot for a physics/normal graphics card. Theres no real use of them now.

My mobo only has 1 pci-e slot.

Is that physics card used in addition to a regular video card?

Nvidia will release theirs this month around the same time as the 8800 GTX video card. The conroe2 mother boards with the 590 chipset have 2 x 16x pcie and one 8x slot in the middle for phisics card.

Not needed right now. Shortly down the road, yes (UT 2007, Quake Wars, Crysis).
