Mic Echo when playing Ins

So i bought a mic finally to play insurgency. I have a laptop, and it does have a internal mic, now its running a audio drivers for Sigma Tel HDA drivers, everywhere else i use the mic, its fine, no echo. and the internal mic is disabled. But whenever i use the mic in game, i get horrible echo from my voice. here is the info on my audio hardware

BTW its running on Vista :\

is there anyway around this? or am i stuck with this horrible echo, I have went thur alot of diff troubleshooting ideas.
