Subscription - Forgot to enter Steam ID

Hey y'all,
I just re-upped my Ville subscription, but I forgot to enter my Steam ID on the form before sending the PayPal payment. Could someone tell me how to fix this?
My in-game name is <eva>fweep, and my Steam ID is STEAM_0:0:1111445.

I bet Stutter won't have any issues since it is just a renewal, but I'll make sure he sees this thread.

If you shoot a PM to Stutter with that info, and the email address you used to send the donation, he'll make it work
