Logo Help Needed

I am calling for help once again. For my lighting system I have a small trussing system (Click Here For Piture) I use it mostly as a 5' system (Half of what is shown) though occasionally I use all 10''. I would like to have a banner that will go across the trussing so that the wires are hidden. As a base I want it dark. All that it has to say for sure is "DJ George Niemoeller" although if you can work www.djgeorgeniemoeller.com in that is great. I need two sizes -

4'11'' x 11'' (Normal)

9'10'' x 11'' (Full Trussing)

All I ma asking for is the graphics, I know a guy in a print shop to have it made. I will buy whoever makes me the one that I go with a 6 month gold membership.
