What is your Favorite Gaming Soundtrack?
I've been listening to some some of the old video game music I've collected over the years and was thinking about what my favorite soundtrack is! I've decided that Unreal Tournament 1999 is my favorite soundtrack of all time! I think StarCraft / Broodwar is my second favorite.
What is yours?

Re: What is your Favorite Gaming Soundtrack?
Being the indecisive person that I am, I don't know that I could name just one.
Super Metroid is one that is way up there for me and likely my favorite SNES era sountrack.
Red Alert 2 is another that I love. Honorable mention for the original Red Alert's Hell March as being one of the greatest game songs ever though.
I have fond memories of the original Halo soundtrack and looking back at it, that's probably one of the reasons I loved the game so much back when it came out.

Re: What is your Favorite Gaming Soundtrack?
I'll always have a special fondness for Super Mario 64's soundtrack as one of the first games I really got into, and Banjo-Kazooie's soundtrack for starting me down the road to where I am now studying sound design/game design.
Favorite tracks would have to be the castle theme, Slider (the Tick Tock Clock/Rainbow Ride theme), and the water theme from SM64, and Gruntilda's Lair, Spiral Mountain, and Freezeezy Peak from B-K.

Re: What is your Favorite Gaming Soundtrack?
Super Mario Galaxy's soundtrack. I've been living by Purple Coins and Melty Molten Galaxy for the past couple weeks now, to the point where I was playing Melty Molten over an MvM match. It was -epic-
Also Toy Time
If I have to pick favorites, there's a few that really stand out to me:
Final Fantasy in general, but if I have to get specific, VI and XI (expansions included) are my favorites while IV is a close third.
Chrono Trigger as well.
Mega Man in general, i'm a sucker for good chiptunes. 2, 3, and 10 have some of my favorite themes and every single Dr. Wily Castle theme is memorable.
Skies of Arcadia, to the point where I tracked down an imported physical copy of it for $50.
Super Mario Galaxy, obviously. Both have great soundtracks, but 2 has yet to really wow me like 1 has.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, though that's probably more the inner-Sega fanboy having multiple nerdgasms all at once.

This is hard to be cool and suave while being informative at the same time. Goddamn my coolness.
In my experience, common sense isn't too common.
