I can still remember when all the kids in school didn't have cell phones does that count?
I was in 6th grade, 2000 or 2001 when I saw someone have a cell phone at school for the first time. I remember thinking it was totally outrageous that anyone in 6th grade would ever need a cellphone.
I wonder at what age parents give their kids phones these days?
my 14yo brother has had a cell phone for years...i facepalm all the time i see it...i however dont use cellphones or any other new fangled technology...i use semaphore

You might be old if: (and I do remember them all)
You remember when arcade games were a quarter to play.
You remember arcades
You remember upgrading from a 300 baud modem to a 1200 baud modem (then to 2400 baud, and 9600 perhaps)
If your first online experiences were BBS's and Compuserve.
If you can remember when your PC had 512K (not meg or gig) of memory and a 10 MB hard drive.
If you paid $1500 for a 10 mb hard drive for your IBM PC Clone
If your PC had a turbo button to go from 4.77 to 8 mhz.
If you bought a 512K mac when it first came out, with a external floppy drive and an imagewriter printer and it was $8000.
If you watched the final episode of MASH on TV.
Your really old if you remember watching the pilot episode on TV.
Your first exposure to Classical music was through bugs bunny cartoons.
You remember where you were when you heard Elvis had died (I was with my family at a Chinese food restaurant)
You had a CB Radio
Your kicking car stereo you bought had an 8-track deck
you might be old if you payed 89 cents for a gallon of gas.... (probably the older folks here paid cheaper but this was the cheapest that i ever had the pleasure of seeing)
When I first started driving, gas was 89 cents a gallon... I miss those days, so does my wallet.
You might be old if you remember when people were terrified of the looming menace from the USSR.
Or you distinctly remember there being an East Germany.
Or if you know how to program with punch cards. (Thankfully I'm not quite that old yet)

If you remember seeing the Rockafire Explosion show and thinking to yourself, that is the coolest thing I have ever seen in my entire life!
I have a butt and you do too. Let's be friends.

You might be old, well maybe not, but if you watched The Original Johnny Quest.
If you actually traded cards with your friends. (any TCG, or even sports cards)
