[Custom Campaign] Dead Before Dawn Too

OK, so the latest Valve endorsed custom campaign is Dead Before Dawn Too. Has anyone tried it yet? I had heard good things about it.

And they were right. This is by far the best custom campaign that we have seen so far. From multiple paths to custom music (both level and SI-specific), to custom events, this campaign is an absolute blast to play.

So, those that have tried it, what do you think?

Pretty laggy for my 4 year old machine but yes, lots of awesome stuff. Pretty hard.

I lagged here n there too.

optimization is a hard thing to balance, and they aren't catering to the crowd with 4 year old machines...

Happy to report that there is full vs. support as well as mutation support. Refuel and I just ran the first level in vs and the entire campaign as a gib fest. Can't wait for a vs. it's gonna be brutal fun.

I disabled my antialiasing and something else and it's fine now. But normal on this map is like advanced for me.

Is it nothing but tanks all the way at the end?

It's like that for each campaign. If you hang around, they just keep coming.

There is usually one on the way up to the roof and two at a time during the event at the top.

I think DBDT = Awesome! I like the size of the maps (LARGE) and the multiple paths too. Easily one of the better custom campaigns!

Experienced a glitch at the 1000000 visitor gate. We couldn't get the box to start the doors closing and think it was because we killed some special infected that were waiting behind roll down doors in the area. Even after restarting, it was still stuck.

This really is the best map ever, the twitching cop from the movie at the water fountain is nice, just like the movie.

Gave this a shot last night and was REALLY impressed by the attention to detail. Even some custom news broadcasts to let you know whats going on in the rest of the world.
