Pffft, that's nothing Kilgore.

You should have seen how my team (Torven, Gator, and abiscuit) reacted when I told them I found the grenade launcher. :)
I am the 1%!

I found that on the Swamp map.. picked it up.. shot a couple rounds then put it back down.
I just can't figure out why that would be better than an automatic rifle or shotgun.

And somehow I had more friendly fire incidents!

I got a chance to use the launcher this morning. Good stuff

you would use your melee or secondary pistol to fight off zombies (melees are pretty fun to use, especially the ninja sword and chainsaw) and then use the grenade launcher whenever you get swarmed or on a witch or something.

that how we did it at least.

I love using the hunting rifle to snipe as well.

That is indeed a very frightening thought.

I found the grenade launcher is good in finales against tanks and hordes but not much else.

I so far have completed heavy rain, which I loved. You'd think backtracking would make a bad concept but it actually makes the experience a lot better with the water, rain and thunder when your heading back.

Well technically L4D has been pulling your mates away from TF2 since '08.

L4D2 has been doing it since '09, though.
