Can't read Achievements

Can't read Achievements

When I click on "Achievements", the Achievement screen will come up, but the window is mostly red, with only the Achievement icons visible, no text. I've already ran the Steam diagnostic tool and I followed some of the suggestions in there. Still hasn't helped.

The Achievements in TF2 seem to work just fine.

Any ideas?
