Unable to download maps?

If your computer says it cannot download maps, then perhaps this may be a fix:

cl_restrict_server_commands 0

Each time STEAM updates your Source game, it sets this to "1".
To be able to get any maps and stuff from the server, you need to set this to "0".

Even better....

go to
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\ACCOUNTNAME\day of defeat source\dod\cfg

and open config.cfg and add it in there!

I fixed that prob few days ago - not gettin errors but couple of maps just wont download - or if they r I just aint gonna wait that long
