I tried to join the server after a year long hiatus. I didn't realize I was banned? Any reason why?

I sent a ticket but got no reply, about a week ago.
Any ideas? I tried to contact the admin, as written in the solution when i view my ticket. I don't actually no who they are though. it says contact "one of us". Any help and id be greatful

On the front page, go down to the area "Who is online?" At the bottom of that is a "Legend", click on the orange admins for a list of them. They're all good but if you know the name of the one that banned you that would help, since he/she is the one who will unban you.

I've sent a message to the admin involved in your ticket, asking them to check on it.

Thanks guys, I'd like to have an appeal. ALso, i'd like to see why I was banned. My ping is a bit high on the server(90-100) is this why??

1. 100 ping isn't high
2. We never ban for ping.

The admin responsible will respond in your ticket
