As the topic suggests : every time I join server ix the game downloads models/players/russianarmy/zombies/hellknight.
Not sure why it needs to download the same model every time?
Any ideas?

It's because that zombie is a freaky paranoia...
He's afraid any time you leave he will not be there at the next time you join...
