Lag on other players login

Hey guys...
Isn't really possible to fix that?
Yesterday different players joined in like every 30sec...
I couldn't get through any doors properly

There are actually 2 lags for every new person logging on. One when the system says "Player joined game" and the second when it says "player connected" so when two players are logging in at the same time it gets pretty bad trying to do anything. I've thrown a smokie and had it reappear in my hand to have to throw it again. It is weird and I've heard some complain and some just acknowledge that it happens.
Don't know if anything can be done but, if something can be, it would be much appreciated!
