TV-IV Ping issue

I guess this is directed to Dog. I was just on server IV and the ping rates were outrageous. I usually have a nice low ping there, but every ping on the server was 200+. There were about 8-10 allied and they were all way up there. I reconnected and same story. Not sure if anything changed on the server side but it was unplayable. It was at about 6:50pm EST on Wednesday the 23rd.

TV4 is also Silver's works server.
So if the pings are high it's because they are using it.
