I know most of the Aus/NZ regulars are starting to play else where due to him being on also.
Its not a good look for the ville.

There is no "elsewhere" to play this mod. Regardless, I highly doubt the word "most" is accurate in the slightest, servers are staying quite full. We have received no such influx of complaints regarding this. In fact we currently have no active complaints at all on a L4DOD cheater so it must not be a big deal to "most regulars".

Swiftly banning anyone on the basis of someone simply saying, "oh he's cheating", THAT would look bad for TheVille. Properly file a complaint with an attached demo of said offender and we do the rest. The outcome and timeframe may not always be what you personally desire.

Some of these are brand new servers Humpty, it's going to take a while for them to settle down. We appreciate having good folks like yourself contributing but you must understand there will ALWAYS be cheaters and @sshats. We've been doing this since 1999, there are ALWAYS cheaters and @sshats no matter how many admins we throw at them. There is no such thing as a public server without cheaters and @sshats, it does not exist, it is a myth like "free beer".

or play with high ping on US servers left4dod.

Over here in the lands of down under, we will put up with it, then walk away,
or lose our tempers and get banned.

A lot of players are lazy and won't complain and/or still don't know your website
to complain.

If Humpty puts in a complaint, it will be for a group of us usually 3-4 people.
