Hey guys, can you tell me how i can record from Day Of Defeat Source without loosing to much fraps?, i have used Fraps and Xfire, but my framerate goes down to much, so what can i do to record smoothly?...

If you use fraps or Xfire, you will need to have plenty of extra resources...

meaning:

- you should be running the game with low enough resolution/details to leave enough computing power for the recording program to record smooth

I usually run the game in "720" which is pretty small, but my computer records with fraps really good in that setting. Also, this way, your end result will be in 720 HD!
