Super Witch?

Is it just me or does this happen to everyone else also.... A lot of times when the witch is attacking me i will unload a whole clip from my gun into her face point blank and she doesn't even flinch. Is this some sort of bug or something?

I don't think it should be like that.. At one time, it wasn't, I'm sure...

If she is right on top of you. It'll happen, but if you see her in time you can kill her in about 3-5 shots.

It's the game engine.
If a player is right on top of you, they are outside the range of your gun....i.e. where the muzzle of the gun starts. It should only happen with bot Witches and not with human Witches.
Since the bots are designed to always aim at you, then they'll get really close and be impossible to hit.

Try a knife at short range.

Or try getting in on the Assault classes, or the Thompson/ MP 40, and use your fist.. But that's just my personal way of playing
