Love to hel pYa with the voice overs. All I have to offer is the southern accent though.

To do the voice overs, you will need some form of voice recording software - I use Sony Acid 7.0 - and a mic.

Quality is actually not that important since I'll be tweaking the files for the outdoor sound - just don't allow any clipping (it's so loud the sound gets chopped off creating a crackling sound)

What I'll do is post a list of lines/dialog.
Then you can either email them to me or attach them in a PM or upload them (I can give you an FTP site)...MP3 or WAV - it doesn't matter

there are many sites that offer free voice-over work. In particular www.radiodaddy.com is a firm fave of mine and had some dj work done a little while ago for my shoutcast radio on my deejay site. You might want to check it out guys.
