Entirely up to the captains at this point, they are discussing. Oct 1 is still the official date, it won't be beyond that.

For any newcomers, the talk of TVR vs TVB is just joking around, not what is really happening here. Teams will be comprised of players from all walks of guild/group mixed together, it is not a guild vs guild thing at all.
