Howdy, all!

As part of our experimentation with TF2 to see what people will enjoy playing most, we're very pleased to announce to conversion of the old empty TV3 in to the "Advanced Rotation" server! This is a server meant for those folks who like playing games that are a bit closer to the "pro" style servers out there, without losing out on that great Ville flavor. This Dallas-based server has a mid-sized rotation of popular maps, which varies depending on how many people are playing. Of important note, it has nocrit and nospread enabled! It remains QuickPlay eligible up until it has 18 players, and converts to the larger rotation which includes some well-vetted customs.

Here are the vitals -

IP: 69.162.99.29:27015
Formal name: TheVille.org III - TF2 Nocrits/Nospread (Dallas) [GameME Stats]

Map times and map limits -

5CP/KOTH: 30 minutes or 5 wins
A/D: 30 minutes or 2 full rounds
Other maps: 30 minutes

Map rotation -
pl_badwater (0 - 24 pl.)
koth_ashville_rc1 (18 - 24 pl.)
cp_gullywash_final1 (16 - 24 pl.)
cp_steel (0 - 24 pl.)
cp_process_final (0 - 24 pl.)
koth_lakeside_final (0 - 24 pl.)
cp_sunshine_rc7 (18 - 24 pl.)
pl_swiftwater_ugc (18 - 24 pl.)
cp_snakewater_final1 (0 - 24 pl.)
pl_upward (0 - 24 pl.)
koth_viaduct (0 - 24 pl.)
cp_badlands (0 - 24 pl.)

Give it a try, help seed it up, and be sure to provide feedback! We're interested to see what folks think of this format.

Couple of suggestions from me.

Remove gully from the under 18 player list. It wont help seed. It can be a good map when full but it is designed to be a slow map, I would expect rolls on a pub with less people.

Also was there are reason to not include Borneo? It is becoming an official map but was made for competitive if memory serves right. But a great map, way to underplayed.

But this only really matters if the server can fill.

We just enabled replays in case that's still a thing people do. :)
