COD 4

Post by Etchii » Tue Nov 27, 2007 9:13 am

I just picked up COD4 for the 360, and I must say I'm impressed so far. I've only done some single player at this point, but it is extremely fun and fast paced. It isn't realistic with how many hits you can take, but then again thats the style of shooter I like. Run & Gun seems to work fairly well.

I am disappointed in the lack of split screen multiplayer over xbox live... i guess halo 3 spoiled me in that regard. Other than that it seems like a solid game.

Anyone else had a chance to pick this game up?

Ive beaten it on Hardened for PC... i liked it alot. Especially the sniper missions. After i played that over the holiday weekend, i beat Crysis.... took me 5 days total playing a few hours here a few hours there, overall maybe 40 hours i think to beat em both. Thats a guess.

BOTH CRYSIS AND COD4 ARE AWESOME :D

I wish they would make more games where you can only take 1 or two hits and not without bandages in order to stay alive, would up the realistic factor I think. I've heard wonderful things about both of the games though, I just picked up BioShock, so im going to play it soon as I can find a time when noone is on the Ville servers during the day, as to not cut into my Ville time :-p

I've seen it but haven't actually played it. The sniping kinda turned me off when I saw it was basically a one hit kill no matter where you hit them... Is it the same way in multiplayer? If it was, that would totally ruin it for me...

DAMN YOU!!!

I'm having a hell of a time getting through "The Bog" and the part where you have to help the A1 Abrams on Hardened
:(

Oh well, picked up Mass Effect so that's taking up most of my nights. (M.E. is a wicked sick game BTW)

Man doing these levels on Veteran is a killer, but I finally made it through the Bog, Warpig, and Hunted...
