the number relates to the display time on screen,
1 = 1 second
3 = 3 seconds

0 = 0 seconds, no message.

i have found if set to 0 you can't see you killed you.

playing elsewhere, going back to normal dod. or play with high ping on US servers left4dod. Over here in the lands of down under, we will put up with it, then walk away, or lose our tempers and get banned. A lot of players are lazy and won't complain and/or still don't know your website to complain....
